Samurai Farai (“I”, “me”, “my”) is an independent South African artist.
This website and online store are operated from Johannesburg, South Africa.

3. Orders & Payment

• All orders are subject to acceptance, availability, and verification.

• Prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) by default, but may also appear in other currencies such as USD, EUR, or selected Asia-Pacific currencies based on your region or the currency chosen via the on-page selector.

• Your order will be charged in the currency shown at checkout.

• Prices may change without notice.

• Payment must be completed at checkout using supported payment methods.

• I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (including for incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, or out-of-stock items).

• If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and authorised.

4. Shipping & Delivery

I ship artworks, prints, clothing, and jewellery locally and internationally.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the item, delivery region, and courier rates.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Large Original Artworks

Large or fragile artworks may require specialised handling or courier services.
For these items, shipping is calculated after purchase (“Custom Quote Required”).
You will be contacted with a secure shipping option before dispatch.

Delays

I am not responsible for delays caused by:

• Couriers

• Customs

• Public holidays

• Import restrictions

• High-volume periods

• Events beyond my control

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Return eligibility depends on the product category:

Original Artworks:

• Non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

• Only eligible for assistance if damaged upon arrival and reported within 48 hours.

Fine Art Prints:

• Returnable within 7 days if unframed and in perfect condition.

Artwear (Clothing):

• Returnable/exchangeable within 7 days if unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original packaging with tags attached.

Jewellery:

• Returnable within 7 days if unworn, unhandled, and sealed in original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.

6. Product Information

I make every effort to describe and photograph products accurately.
However:

• Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.

• All items are subject to availability.

• Products (especially artworks) may be updated, refined, or withdrawn at any time.

• Original artworks are one-of-one and may include natural variations or texture.

7. Intellectual Property

All artworks, images, designs, photographs, jewellery concepts, branding, text, and digital content on this website are the exclusive property of Samurai Farai.

You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or use any content without written permission.

8. Privacy & Account Information

Your privacy is important to me.

When you purchase, create an account, sign up for emails, or contact me, I may collect information such as your:
